About The Wellness Spa of Arden

The Wellness Spa of Arden formally opened it's doors in May of 2022, to offer more wellness type services under one roof.  Dr. Donoghue formally owned Advantage ChiroCare and Wellness and we have been serving the Northern California community since 1993. He began working in one of Sacramento's well known spas, Mellow Me Out Day Spa and when that closed in 2021, he adopted some of the services and personnel to bring a new type of Wellness Center to Sacramento.  Today, The Wellness Spa of Arden offers a variety of services so you can look and feel your absolute best.  In addition to exceptional chiropractic services we also offer a variety of massage therapies, esthetician services and coming soon, cosmetic services, including Botox treatment and fillers.

We utilize state of the art therapies, rehabilitations, and treatments. Our approach to treatment is unlike most other chiropractic offices as we focus on muscular balancing and rehabilitation. We believe that the nervous system and musculoskeletal system are vital in the overall wellbeing and balance of the person. When the body is balanced, flexible and pliable, the overall wellbeing of the person is at its maximum for physical demands, immune function, and the activities of daily life.
